Al Falah Car Rental Company (referred to below as "the Company") aims to provide and meet the highest level of services to its customers by offering top-notch vehicle rental services through its website (www.alfalahcarrental.com), without the need to visit branches, to provide convenience, save time and effort, aligning with its customers' expectations and needs. This is achieved through modern technology and the development of information technology to use the data obtained with the consent of its customers, and the Company is committed to preserving it. We, in turn, commit to respecting this privacy and all systems and principles to protect the privacy of information in accordance with the regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and these policies are complementary to the rental contract and an integral part of it unless a specific clause is stated in the rental contract.

Vehicle Booking Policy

Customers of the Company can make reservations through the website, and all reservations made through it are subject to the Company's approval. The reservation process is not binding for the Company, and it has the right to reject, accept, or cancel. Customers can benefit from electronic services by booking available vehicles with the Company, as confirmation of the reservation is based on vehicle availability within 24 hours. If the vehicle is not available at the times requested by the customer, the option to modify the reservation and view other available options is provided. The total rental amount is determined based on the type of vehicle and additional services requested by the customer.

Customer Information Privacy Policy

Safeguarding our customers' information is a top priority, and the Company retains all personal data provided by customers, which cannot be shared or provided to any external parties except the relevant authorities.
The following customer data will be requested when submitting a reservation request, but not limited to:
1. Renter's name
2. Date of birth
3. ID/passport number
4. Driver's license
5. Document expiration dates

Vehicle Reservation Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel vehicle reservations and receive a refund of the amount paid by contacting the Company, provided that the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the reservation time. If the customer confirms and exceeds that period, a full day's rental fee will be charged. In the case of booking without payment and confirmation, canceled reservations will be recorded in the customer's account, and if unjustified cancellations are repeated, the customer's account on the website may be suspended.

Delivery and Return Policy

• The driver must be 21 years or older.
• The driver must possess a valid Saudi driving license or an approved international license.
• It is allowed to drive up to 300 kilometers per day, and an additional fee is charged for the excess kilometer depending on each car.
• There is a refundable deposit amount that is paid upon receipt of the car and is refunded upon delivery after ensuring the safety of the car and the number of additional kilometers.
• The customer acknowledges receiving the rented vehicle from the Company in good condition, without any defects, and suitable for the intended purpose.
• The customer is required to use the vehicle properly and maintain it, not using it for purposes other than those allowed, such as transporting goods, carrying passengers, speed tests, etc.
• The customer also undertakes not to make any modifications or additions to the vehicle and to return it in the same condition as received, at the location, date, and time specified in the rental contract.
• The Company reserves the right to claim any damages, deficiencies, or defects that occurred to the vehicle.
• In the event of a customer's violation, the Company has the right to terminate the contract and recover the rented vehicle in an appropriate manner at the customer's expense, while retaining the right to claim any damages.
• If the customer wishes to extend the rental contract period, they must notify the Company and obtain its approval.
